Guillaume Roper-Sirvent is a New York based teacher, actor and director, originally from Montpellier, France. He moved to Paris in 2006 and studied acting with different groups as L’Atelier Panis. He created his own acting company Adieu Charlotte in 2009. Guillaume moved to New York in 2013 and studied improvisation at the UCB Theatre School. He later joined L’Atelier Théâtre NY and participated in Feydeau‘s La Dame de chez Maxim (2016) and Ionesco’s Tueurs sans gages (2017). In 2018, he wrote and produced a comedy La Lumière à tous les étages, in New York. In 2019, he directed another show for L’Atelier Theatre, based on the Marivaux masterpiece Le Jeu de l’amour et du hasard.

L’Atelier Théâtre offers acting classes in French in New York City. The workshops are designed for adults of all levels. We work on various acting techniques – scene, camera, improv, stand up, commedia, voice, body, public speaking – and produce full-length shows in a New York theater at the end of the year. This year, we are pleased to present the play 2022, Le monde d’après, an original comedy by Guillaume Roper-Sirvent, at the Theatre for the New City from May 19 to 22, 2022!
